1. Processing Time
- Once an order is placed, allow 1–2 business days for order processing, packing, and preparation.

4. Delays & Tracking
- Once the package is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS.
- While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unexpected delays (weather, logistics issues) may occur. These are outside our control.

5. Damages & Lost Shipments
- Please check the packaging upon delivery. If the item is damaged, retain the packaging and take clear photographs.
- Report damages or missing items within 48 hours of delivery via email with Order ID, photos, and a brief description.
- For lost shipments: if the courier confirms non-delivery, we will initiate investigations. If the item doesn’t reach you, a replacement or refund will be issued.
6. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges of print items are allowed only if the shipment is defective, wrong, or damaged.
- In such cases, we will arrange for a pickup or you may be asked to send back the item (costs borne by us) in its original condition.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.
7. International Shipping
- MedNova Publications ships worldwide.
- International delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier partner, typically 10–21 business days.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination country.
- Customs duties, import taxes, or local levies (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.
