1. Digital Products & e-Magazines
- Once a digital product (e-book, e-magazine, or article download) is purchased, it is delivered instantly.
- Cancellations are not possible for completed digital purchases.
- Refunds will be issued only if you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
2. Print Publications & Shipping
- Orders for physical books or magazines can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
- If the product is already dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
3. Subscription Plans
- Subscription cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Once a subscription period has started, it is non-refundable.
- If a duplicate subscription payment occurs, we will issue a full refund.
4. Processing & Timelines
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
